Shell Real Estate: Lean Six Sigma codeveloped and supported. Many Greenbelts worldwide coached and a few Blackbelts. The projects vary from airticket costs to office space utilization. And from taxi transport to restaurant. Eurest Compass Group: Lean programme developed to the needs and introduced in four major sites. Trained the European managers of smaller sites. And coached the (Blackbelt) program manager). The approach is special; projects are used in action. learning. When the training is done, also the projects are ready and the costs are paid by the benefits. Momentive Chemicals: Introduction of small improvement capability next to the (Six Sigma) massive projects. Basic controls were installed, offering a platform for the implemented improvements. Shell Refinery: In a team with Shell employees, developed and introduced an improvement programme. An external intense drive for cost reduction was the driver for this approach. Projects were organised in six waves per year, allowing fast adjustment of programme barriers. The approach was adopted best practise in Shell.
